Abstract

The news is devastating. “Migrant children in Panama demand assistance”, emphatically points out Unicef, the United Nations Fund for Children1, an organization that states that “all children have the right to survive, prosper and achieve their full potential for the benefit of a better world? The news says that "until last April 30 of the current year, there had been registered in the last 4 months, 1,151 migrant children who entered through Colombia and who arrived in Darien."
