Abstract

These three articles address relevant issues in pediatric health from different but complementary perspectives. The first examines nerve and soft tissue masses in children's hands, detailing the pathology, diagnosis, and therapeutic strategies that guide clinical practice. The second analyzes, through a systematic review, how to maintain support for breastfeeding when nutritional interventions are necessary in the pediatric hospital setting, highlighting the importance of balancing treatment with the benefits of breastfeeding. Finally, the third explores the relationship between bronchopulmonary dysplasia, infection, and brain development in school-age children born prematurely, providing evidence on the long-term consequences of these conditions on neurodevelopment.
